I just added the ability to create custom awards just for your troop or pack. Check out the how-to video and then give it a spin. Please post suggestions for improvement here.

New notice feature for required training - what other notices should there be?

I just added a new feature to notify users that they have not completed Youth Protection Training or that their training has expired. You may see this when you login, it looks like this when you have a notification:

What other things would you want to get notified of? 

Some ideas I had:

  • You (or your scout) have been invited to an event for which you have not yet RSVP'd
  • You are an advancement chair and you have awards to approve
  • You have a goal in the next 30 days related to advancement or achievements
  • Your money account is overdrawn
Which of these ideas are good, and what else should be included?

Forms that fill out themselves!

I've already added two forms that fill themselves out: 

  • Merit Badge Blue Cards
  • Permission Slips

What forms should I do next? Here are some things I'm considering:
  • Tour plans
  • Eagle applications
  • Troop advancement report
  • Eagle service project workbook
  • Youth application
  • Adult application
  • Merit badge counselor application
  • First class tracking sheet
  • Wood badge pocket card
  • 50 miler application
  • Individual scout record
I'll probably start on another form in the next day or two. Like my mother says, it's the quick and the hungry. Vote for the one I do next by posting a comment. Thanks!
